Very smart mouth and does not respond to messages make sure u take all your pictures before and after u pick up the vehicle car was nice tho
William was just upset because he asked if he could leave the car early and I said yes and then the next day he got mad at me because he didn’t get refunded the extra time well that’s not in my control and that’s just not the way it works
