When I first got in the vehicle it smelled like smoke I felt like I've messaged the host a couple times and never got a reply and I don't think if you pay as much as I did for a vehicle rental you should only be able to drive 400 miles without penalty

Got the car an hour late from reservation time because they forgot to leave the key on the car. The car was nice and no issues but we had to stand in the pouring rain, thunder, and lighting for an hour waiting.

Sorry again—we had an extremely busy week, and because your reservation was made last minute, our team members were already out delivering other vehicles. We understand the delay was frustrating, so to make up for your time, we offered complimentary additional time on your reservation. There were also shaded areas around the lot where you could wait while we finished preparing your vehicle. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
