The car had rattling noise and noise when the air came on and think it need shocks. The Bluetooth wasn’t connecting even in the car they swapped it out with. Location perfect

This was my first Turo trip, and I learned that getting a drop off/pick up at home with <2 hrs notice IS possible, but don’t expect budget price for all that! It was fair, considering. Vehicle was very tidy; mechanically no problems. Good communication, smooth process with host made everything easy. Much appreciated.
