Not my best experience with Turo. The pick up and drop off of the vehicle was very inconvenient and took a lot of time. Was not listed in the listing, so you did not have any warning until you arrived that you would have to take a shuttle off property to go find your car in a parking lot, let yourself in with a lock box and then also pay the parking fee yourself (also was not included in the already paid price or listed on the listing). The car was not the cleanest either. I’ve tried asking the host about how we’re getting refunded or reimbursed for the parking fee we had to pay on their behalf and I have been ignored.
Hey there Jordan sorry to hear you had now so good experience the parking lot where you went to that’s all part of the airport here in Milwaukee and he does says in the app that you’ll have your pay one to $10 for parking. I said just to contact Turo to get your refund back. That was all. We also send you a discount code so again sorry that you feel not so happy with us.
