Car was great. Very clean and easy, smooth ride with plenty of room. There was unexpected $42.66 for parking that was for convenience of owner (drop off more than 24 hr prior to my rental starting).

To clarify: delivery was complimentary, and airport parking fees are a standard part of airport pick-up ($20) and drop-off ($20). The vehicle was parked approximately 10 hours before your trip start (not over 24 hours), and I have records confirming this.
The total parking cost in such cases is typically around $40, and these fees were acknowledged prior to the trip.
