Pickup/drop-off was supposed to be remote. It ended up being in-person hand off. It was stressful. I did not have to wait on pickup but I had to wait for them during drop off almost missing my flight.
Host tried to get me to pay $25 late fee for picking up the car one hour after my reservation pick-up time.
Host tried to get me to leave money in the car for parking if I was to leave the car in the reservation appointed airport parking.
Reserved 3 towels, cooler and a child safety seat. Host did not include any towels and gave me a booster seat. Host said nothing about the towels being unavailable until I messaged her after trip started. Ended up having to buy towels and a child safety seat from target for this trip.
We’re so sorry to hear your experience was stressful. To clarify a few points- The $25 fee was applied due to the pickup being 2hrs late. Regarding the drop off, we did our best to accommodate your last minute change of arriving an hour early; this change resulted in a 15 minute delay on our end. We offered the option to park in the garage & leave the parking fee for your necessary time. As stated in the listing our child safety seat is a booster seat and not suitable for children of all sizes.
