Erik and his team were amazing! Very responsive. Pickup and drop off were seamless. Easy to follow instructions. I’d give Erik and his team 10 stars if I could. The Tiguan was a great! Handled like a dream. Went from Vegas to Los Angeles on half a tank of gas. Very comfortable to drive. Car was clean, and very well maintained. I will definitely rent from Erik again. Host was amazing, communication on point. Only complaint was smell of the car and the apple airplay wouldn’t work. But all in all, great experience. Would rent again.
