The vehicle itself was fine and the host did allow me to extend the trip, which I appreciated.
However, the pickup process was very time-consuming and involved multiple steps to reach the vehicle in overflow parking. The host also required me to pay the entry and exit airport parking fee out of pocket, which was unexpected.
Fuel level was difficult to clearly assess, and the post-trip refueling charge was disappointing given that lack of clarity.
Drop-off was also uncomfortable because the host parked directly behind me while I was unloading, which made the process feel tense.
Overall, the car was fine, but the logistics, unexpected airport parking fees, and drop-off experience made this trip more stressful than expected.
Hi Kristen, thanks for your feedback. All pickup and parking instructions were sent right after booking and clearly explained the process and airport fees. If reviewed in advance, there wouldn’t have been any surprises.
Regarding fuel, the policy is to return the car with the same level as received. I don’t control fuel prices—the charge only reflects the cost to restore it to that level.
