The customer service was extremely poor. The car I rented was not what I was given. I had to wait an hour and a half for delivery in the rain. It smelled like smoke and was not clean at all. The host and cohost were on 2 different pages. I would never use them again. But on the good side Turo has been great to work with even going beyond to resolve the issues.
