Samantha was the most reliable, informative and thorough person. She was so easy to work with, gave step by step fail proof instructions on how to get to the car and return the car properly (we were retrieving it after landing at the airport). Her response time is super fast and she's so friendly, I wish every experience was like my experience renting from Sam!
