Maintenance wasn’t the best, hosts weren’t as fast as messaging back and pick up instructions were delayed. Car was okay but an older one!

Thanks so much for the feedback as we are always trying to improve our guest service experience. We always send out detailed pick up/arrival instructions 2 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time. You were 2 hours late for the pick up and arrived at 2AM in the morning. We remotely unlocked the vehicle for you in less than 2 minutes upon arrival. Not sure what maintenance item you’re talking about as you did not notify us of any issues. Vehicle undergoes regular maintenance and runs great
Host was great and very accommodating! Would definitely book with them again.
