Great experience with the Lexus! It rode really smoothly and picking up and dropping off was a great experience. I had my apartment flood during the time of the pick up and the host were flexible with pick up and drop off which I appreciated. Definitely recommend!

Car was fine, however tank was less than 3/4 full, which was frustrating as the as the instructions were to fill it back up all the way. The inside was also slightly dirty. Lastly, the drop off instructions were also unclear leading to parking in the wrong spot and causing stress.

I was very happy with the car and with Eugene’s dedication to this service. The car was in a great location for me since I live in lower Manhattan. The instructions for pick up and return were easy. The great drives great, the mileage was good, mechanically sound and the inside was neat and orderly. Eugene answers promptly if you ever have questions about the car as well. I was very happy with the car. I took it to the beach almost everyday for my vacation and it’s a great size for two people or even 3 who want to bring their beach gear with them. I highly recommend and I will be renting from Eugene again.
