Communication was as clear as the waters here, amazing assist when he noticed anything odd with the car (I accidentally opened the door with the key after parking for the night - he notified me) told us where the best charging stations were with the least amount of wait time.
The car was in top top shape, everything worked and the car was in amazing condition.
