The quality of the car was amazing. This vehicle is a classy SUV. What a nice car for my family. Awesome ride. Pickup and drop off was super easy. I did the offsite pickup and it was very convenient. Ashia was so friendly and helpful and great. She went above and beyond when our plans changed. The car was impeccable, clean and spacious. Our niece even chose to ride with us in the spacious third row instead of with her parents. Overall, so great of an experience that we’re reserving it again when we return in a few days.

No fault of the owner, parking at HNL and getting out of the garage was a hassle!!!! Fantastic car and great communication with the owner.

Haha I agree! Lived here all my life and I find our airport is the least inefficient. I apologize for the hassle, it is definitely a state issue.
