Tiffini and PJ were absolutely amazing! They made our Hawaii trip so effortless from start to finish. They were incredibly nice, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. Everything was smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciated how accommodating they were. We would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Hawaii!

Our experience with Tiffani was outstanding from start to finish! The pickup and drop-off process was incredibly smooth, convenient, and stress-free.
Tiffani was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond by sharing fantastic local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. Her communication throughout the rental was exceptional—quick, friendly, and proactive.
At one point, I accidentally lost the key at Turtle Bay. Although it was eventually recovered, Tiffani immediately offered to bring us a spare key without hesitation. Knowing she was willing to help and kept us updated every step of the way made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.
If you’re looking for a host who genuinely cares about their guests and provides excellent service, I highly recommend renting from Tiffani. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Thank you for helping make our Hawaii trip such a great experience!
