Great host and a fun car to drive around the island. really cool to have the convertible option to enjoy the ocean breeze. Host was really communicative. I was a little late to return the vehicle and the host was extremely understanding. Would not hesitate to rent from again.

Car was a good vehicle but wasn’t washed, cleaned, tank was not full, and location was way off. Host was very helpful.

Was dirty on arrival and missing right fender. We had a $98 fee imposed as we were charged for the vehicle sitting in the airport, we were stuck in the parking exit gate for 20 minutes with no answers so we just paid the $98 to get vacation going. 15 minutes after that, the low pressure sensor came on the same side as the destroyed fender. We lost more time trying to find an air pump that worked in heavy downtown Honolulu traffic. Responsive and friendly host, but so many issues right away soured the rental.

Easy pick up and drop off, however the vehicle had some defects like a missing fender and louvers on one of the air vents as well as a blown out subwoofer. Didn’t bother me too much but I know it could be frustrating for some. Still had a great experience with the vehicle
