Owner switched pick up location 5 minutes prior toPick up. The car did not have AC. the owner was aware but played a game as if it was a surprise. Me as the renter was asked to take the vehicle to get looked at and potentially fixed. Missed my plans trying to get the car trip ready.

I would like to also kindly address some misinfo you included, the pickup location was sent well before 5 mins of pickup time & was less than a min away from the one posted. Also, I was completely unaware of the A/C otherwise I would have not accepted your trip. I optioned you taking the vehicle for service, paid for by me, so that we didn’t have to cancel your trip completely/offered other options to accommodate you. The A/C is resolved now, thanks again!

Pick-up was easy and the car ride was smooth. The a/c wasn't very cool but it has been cold lately and it just may need some coolant. The heat worked well. Overall a pleasant experience.
