Pick up location was perfect! Car currently has issues with the air bag supposedly not working and horn doesn’t work. There was a water bottle of unknown liquid left in the back right side, car smelt funny until we found that bottle and removed it.
Other than this couple things the trip was great and convenient for my travel.

I want to start off by saying the host was very kind and had good communication. My issue was the car itself.
When I picked up the car late Thursday 11pm it had a quick warning message pop up about an airbag error that disappeared after 3 seconds. No warning lights though. It was already so late and I needed to get to our Airbnb an hour away, so I figured I’d mention it to the owner when I returned the car and drive super carefully while I had it.
The next day, I tried to honk the horn and it did not honk. There also was no windshield wiper fluid which was very inconvenient.
We drove the car two days without additional issues but on the third day it started having weird shifts when driving. Our trip was nearly done and there was no major concerns at the time. Again was going to mention to the host when I dropped off.
Our business trip ended early and the host kindly, let me return the car a day early earlier than expected, which I appreciated. On the way back to drop off the car, there was a loud bang from the engine and puff of smoke. I could not figure out what was wrong, the car could barely accelerate, but once I got it to speed, I was able to drive with hazards on and make it the 20 miles down the highway back to the airport. This was all communicated with the host as it happened.
Due to the safety of the car, I was unable to refuel and unfortunately, was charged a fee for that when it was purely a safety concern to return the car asap. While the car was clean, and the host was kind, it seems that this car had a lot of maintenance issues that the host was unaware of or overlooked.
Thank you for your feedback I’m glad you found me communicative and accommodating during your trip however, I do want to clarify that. No concerns about the vehicle liability or safety were reported to me until the trip was already ending and being returned early due to your schedule change, had any issues been reported sooner I would have addressed it immediately or arrange assistance for your safety and convenience. The vehicle had been operating normally before the trip, I wish you the best

Great trip overall! The car was exceptionally clean and ran perfectly the entire time. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely rent again soon—highly recommend!
