This was first time using Turo. Overall the experience was good with a few little mishaps.
Pick up was delayed by 30 mins due to person leaving key on their desk instead of leaving it in car
All floor mats were in trunk not put back on floors after cleaning.
Key had issues opening up car door feel like battery needed to be replaced.
We would definitely use Turo again
