This Tesla Model X was delivered without any warning or notification from the Host that there is significant damage/dent to the front passenger door that exposes bare metal! The result is a door that does not function correctly as expected. Very disappointing and poor customer experience.

Car has a lot of minor damage but operates well. The rental fee is fair considering the minor damages.
