At pickup, it was lightly raining and we noticed the windshield wipers were not properly attached. My husband was able to secure them before driving. The vehicle also had a noticeable odor, and the key fob battery was dead, which made starting the car difficult. The TPMS warning light was also on & stayed on for the duration of our trip.

For most of the rental the weather was dry; however, when it began raining later in the trip, water leaked into the vehicle. Water came through the seatbelt areas in the back seats and the front passenger footwell had water flowing in. Based on this experience, there appears to be a leak, possibly related to the sunroof.

Due to these issues, we would not choose this vehicle again and would not recommend it for future rentals.

Easy pickup and drop off. Vehicle was as described and comfortable. Slight issue with cleanliness (a wet / mold smell in the vehicle and a bo smell on the driver's seatbelt).

We had an amazing experience renting from Maggie! The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Maggie is a great host with truly amazing communication; she was quick and helpful throughout the trip. The car itself was fantastic—a beautiful-looking, spacious car that comfortably seated 8, making it great for our family. It was perfectly clean, ran perfectly, and the pick-up and drop-off were simple. Highly recommend!
