Wonderful host, I was in great condition, I’m perfect for our needs. Pick up and drop off instructions were very clear and very easy. We’re definitely rent from Navin again.

Efficient rental option...Navin had great communication throughout the process, and the vehicle was well maintained when delivered.
The only problem I had was finding the Cypress garage entry to return the vehicle. This wasn't an issue for Navin, it was an issue due to the way the signs were labeled at the airport. It indicated Hibiscus, but not Hibiscus/Cypress. This caused confusion, but I eventually located the right lot.
