It was disappointing that there were issues upon our arrival, however, Gilbert was able to work with me to create an amicable solution to our situation, and provided assurances that the same issue should not occur with future customers, in which Gilbert was actionable in resolving quickly.
Despite correcting the issue for future customers, it created challenges during my trip, hence the rating provided.
The car was clean, and communication was clear, just occasionally untimely. Felt rushed at the conclusion of my trip to provide the location of drop off within the airport when my drop off time had not yet arrived, by if I recall correctly, nearly an hour, if not more.
There were no mechanical issues with the vehicle or problems while driving.
