The host was very responsive and the car was clean. Our flight was delayed and we were three hours late picking up the car. When i messaged host they said it was fine if our flight was late just let them know when we would get in. When we landed the host had cancelled our reservation completely and we were stranded at the airport with no car at 8pm. I had to call and get a new reservation for the same car, which took hours of my time. Because the new reservation for the same car was last minute I was charged $90 more. I also had to return to the airport the following day to pick up the car because they said it was too late to pick up the car. The car was clean, but rear brakes were very loud and needed to be replaced.

The car was ready and super clean when I picked it up. I was just a little lost on how the rental process worked but after my experience I find it to be easy , quick , and fast. Host was super responsive and helpful. Will definitely use them again.
