My expectations for trying Turo for the first time was for convenience and flexibility and this was neither. I had to take a shuttle to a dimly lit parking lot at night. The car was not on the spot I was told and we did have snow with no brush to clean off the car. I normally rent from National and was hoping to move to Turo for future use but as of now, I will be sticking with the rental car companies.
