The car was exactly as it was pictured and very clean. Checking in was very easy. The instructions to get to the car were very clear and easy to follow. It was my first time using Turo and it was a very good experience. The only issue we had was I had requested a car seat and the description of the seat was a 3-1 car seat that could rear face and had a large weight range. The car seat in the car was only foward facing and had a weight range starting at 40 pounds, so it was much too big for our child. The host responded very quickly and we were able to get a new car seat that worked.
