Car was really nice and clean. I arrived at 10:30pm and it was dark and the TURO app was terrible. Because there are many steps to get to this car located 15 min away by shuttle. Owner sends text saying they are available till 7pm and it was 9:30pm when I landed. Each time I looked for next step it wasn’t numbered in the long pickup instructions. I found myself reading again and again. The app kept starting me at the bottom of the instructions every step of the way. I walked around in the dark looking for 10 min looking for this car. The car in the spot # was not the right car so station attendant told me there are 2 spots marked with the exact same number that was not indicated in the instructions. Owner jumps online tries to help appreciate that. I got in car by 10:36pm.
