Car was great! Met all of our needs and amazing gas mileage

The car was not at the pickup location at the time it was supposed to be there because it needed an oil change. Justin called when I was arriving and let me know which I appreciated, but I did have to wait in the office of the parking lot for 45 minutes. However Justin was very apologetic and let me know to make up for the wait I would not have to fill up the gas before returning. I didn’t experience any other issues.
