Owner was great and communicated well. The car was a little run down and had some tire or wheel bearing noises while driving. The car reaked of weed cover up scent. Windshield was cracked and the car exterior didnt present well. Overall it was a good value for a last second rental.
Hey Joshua! Appreciate the feedback. Sincerest apologies for the odor. Unfortunately, one of the biggest struggles as a Host is trying to prevent folks from smoking in the vehicles and then trying to cover the smell up. I did ozone the vehicle prior to your trip start and I apologize for the lingering odor. As for the car exterior, the vehicle was detailed earlier in the day but it is Spring in the Carolinas and pollen is INTENSE right now. I will investigate the road noise ASAP. Best Wishes!
