Had a great experience start to finish. Car was just as new and clean as shown. Communication was good. We opted for the beach gear extra and the gear was all in good condition and was a very convenient add on. We had 4 people but we all only travelled with backpacks. The trunk had just enough space for our backpacks and all the beach gear which worked out well for us. Overall I would say this was a better experience than going with a traditional rental in every way.
