No response to messages and smelt like smoke and it was supposed to be a smoke free car

The car was Great and the host is nice

Mechanically the vehicle was not in the best condition. Car rattled and had numerous issues shutting off. Notified the host with very little response or solutions. The battery died on the last day of trip and the host did not respond or offer a solution. We had to figure out getting it jumped ourselves. When it worked, it did get us to and from where we needed to go.
