I would leave negative stars if I could as this person is a complete s***bag. I made my reservation and the DAY OF pick up he contacts me asking for my number. He then contacts me outside the app to get me to agree to switching vehicles. I'm new to the app so I don't realize the implications of that. Regardless, I thought it was just bad luck and was told I'd be provided the same vehicle model so whatever that's fine I guess. Couldn't have been more wrong. The truck I got was a bigger pile of trash than it's owner. I won't even go into all the problems with it but it cost me almost the same about in gas as it did the rent in the first place. I contacted the owner many times and was only told if get a call back in a few hours, which never happened, or no response at all. Of course when it came time to return it he was all over me asking me to make sure this that and the other are all perfect for him even though when I originally picked up the truck it was caked with mud inside and out, just getting to it was a Fn nightmare because it was in airport parking, and overall he was just extremely Fn rude and a totally dishonest business man. Pulling the bait and switch was bad enough but giving me a car with that many mechanical issues that ended up costing me a small fortune in time and money was just ludicrous! I would have been better off taking that money, stuffing the first half down his throat so I wouldn't have to listen to his bullshit**t lies, then taking the second half n shoving it up his Fn ass. Compete piece of trash human being.

Price was good for Denver in February. Some issues with car like service light on and no windshield washer fluid. Also, one headlight was out. Recommend ensuring these are all fixed before renting.
