This was easily the worst rental experience I’ve had—and it wasn’t just one issue, it was a consistent failure from start to finish.
Pickup was a mess: No clear instructions were provided ahead of time. I had to ask multiple times just to figure out how to access the vehicle. They only send key details once you’re already at the lot, which makes no sense.
I was told to go to “Park 2,” but there were no clear directions on how to get there. I asked multiple airport employees and no one knew what I was referring to. I had to look it up myself.
Once I finally got to the lot:
- The lockbox they gave me was empty
- The car was not in the listed parking spot
- I had to search the lot to find it myself
- The vehicle was in a completely different location
- The car itself was dirty (dog hair, stains, poorly cleaned windows)
Their instructions also didn’t match reality. They tell you to go to the exit booth, but don’t mention you need a ticket—so I had to argue with the attendant before eventually finding one hidden in the visor.
Drop-off was just as bad: The return process was equally disorganized. I was told to return the keys to a lockbox, but the box already had someone else’s keys in it. I had to track down an employee to figure out what to do.
Even worse, the employee told me this is something that happens regularly—which says everything about how this operation is run.
The biggest issue: They threaten fines and strict rules for customers (keys, locking, procedures, etc.), yet they repeatedly fail to follow their own processes. There’s zero consistency and no accountability.
When issues came up, the responses were slow, dismissive, and reactive. At one point I was even told to contact Turo instead of them resolving their own operational problems.
Bottom line: This operation is disorganized, poorly managed, and not customer-focused. What should be a simple rental turned into a time-consuming, frustrating experience at every step.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this host.
