I would not recommend using any cars by Dyella. I booked this vehicle specifically for the availability of a ski rack since my family was embarking on a ski vacation. Prior to my trip I messaged Dyella to confirm that there would be a ski rack, however she never responded to my message. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, which was not washed, vacuumed or fully fueled, there was no ski rack. This created an incredible inconvenience throughout the duration of my week long trip. Stuffing 6 sets of skis, accompanying gear and luggage into the car was a disaster. At some points of the trip there weren’t enough seats for every passenger because of all of the gear, which had to be stuffed into the car. In addition, the interior condition of the vehicle was terrible. Ripped upholstery, broken arm rests and inoperable seat belts just to list a few. For those considering using Dyellas vehicle think again!

Car you get is not the car as shown in photos. Front seats were ripped up, arms of chairs were broken off, extensive damage to exterior vehicle. Was dirty upon pickup (last user left clothes, etc). The owner requires each user to clean the vehicle before returning (including car wash hand vacuuming). This information is not listed in the description of the trip- the owner messaged me a few weeks before my trip saying I had to wash interior and exterior of car before returning, or “valet” for $60. This message came too late for me to book another car, so we were stuck with this. I always get cars at DEN airport and this is the only car that has not been onsite; you have to take a shuttle to vehicle. The information regarding where the car is is also not made clear of in advance. The vehicle had check engine light on and oil light on. The car had working 4WD and the heat worked. However, I spent hours managing this car - having to communicate with owner trying to find vehicle for pickup, issues with trash in car and damage (the windshield wipers were shredded we had to buy new ones which we were reimbursed for, the gas was 1/2 a tank and owner told us to return full and she would refund us which she never did so we lost money on gas), issues with returns (turo app says if you return to owners required location you as the renter will face fines, but the owner refuses to let you return to any of the turo approved locations), overall this car is NOT WORTH IT. I regret renting with this owner and will not in future. Normally I just need the car to operate and not break down, but managing the owner and car damages was exhausting and time consuming. I really need a vehicle that is ready to go upon receipt and this is not it and I can’t see how it ever would be.
