The owner was very rude didn’t not know how to talk to me
Guest refused to return the car one full day after rental end and disrupted next guest’s rental. Has to escalate to turo to get her to return the car 24hrs later. Se was very rude and was cussing at the host when returning the car and the car was returned filthy. Terrible guest.

No ac 😢 other then that everything was ok
We checked the vehicle after guest returned it and the AC was working perfectly. Vehicle was just purchased and passed all necessary inspections.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
