SUV was great. We rented this truck twice and each time I’ve had a great experience. The SUV is clean, spacious, and reliable. Pick up and deliver very smooth. Will rent again.

We rented vehicle in hopes of no issues on the road. However due to it was rented the same day we needed it. We could turn around or our son would had missed his opportunity to play college football. The breaks were rubbing. You could hear them grinding when stopping. And, gas handle was misleading as the hand went down right away. It appeared to full tank when we took pictures. And, we told host about the breaks they never responded to it. The truck overall didn't try smoothly. We will not rent again.

The host delivered the car to my house on time, slightly early which was better. The car was perfect for our family and the trip. They were very friendly and hospitable. We will be renting from them again for our upcoming trips this year.
