Thomas and Alicia were great hosts. They were very kind and responded quickly in all communications, very easy to work with. The car was clean, everything was as described, and handled very smoothly from Anchorage to Seward to Denali. We enjoyed the rearview features in the dashboard, as well as the dual temp controls. The hybrid vehicle also gave us great gas mileage. This was by far my best car rental experience ever.

The hosts are great and accommodating when I asked if I could get it a half an hour early and drop it off a half an hour early, they were great with communication nothing really wrong with the SUV other than being a bit dirtier than I would like. I’ve driven a lot of SUVs, but I didn’t care for this model. I just knocked off one star for the cleanliness of the vehicle but it is Alaska so not really a big deal.

Great car! The dash cam was a bit off settling since it had cameras looking at both the road and the passenger, but I can understand that with a rental car. The co-hosts were nice, but I wasn’t super clear that the airport pick up / drop off would be person to person. It made the exact timing really important, in which I hadn’t experienced before. Great car, good value, and nice people, just things to keep in mind. Thanks so much!
