Communication was good. The car ran great. There were some some significant cracks in the windshield when I picked it up, but the car was great and worked out well for her needs. It was very dirty upon pick up and it was not just from recent rain. It looked like somebody had been off driving through some very dusty environments. I probably wouldn’t even mention it except for they made such a big deal in the listing about how clean the car was every time they dropped it off for a new renter. But they were great to work with and everything went well on our trip.

Doug and Angie are excellent hosts. They provided me timely updates from the moment I booked the rental. This was my first time booking through Turo, I am used to booking through traditional rental companies such as Enterprise, Alamo etc. Doug and Angie made sure everything was communicated well in advance and in great details so there’s no last minute surprises.
Exact pickup location and detailed step by step guidance was provided to ensure smooth pickup.
The car was in good condition and overall the experience was great. I will definitely book with them when I return to Anchorage/Alaska!
