It was a seamless experience renting the car. The car unlocked with the app so we didn't have to arrange a precise time. The car was a pleasure to drive and is in great condition. Having snacks, tissues and water in the car was great arriving late at night. I never pictured myself renting a Jaguar so this was quite a treat!
Great communication (better to get him on his phone rather than through Turo) and he checked in during the trip to check in that everything was going ok with the car.

Charlie’s service throughout this whole process has been amazing. I didn’t have any issues with the vehicle and Charlie answered any questions I had via the Turo app. The vehicle came to me with a full tank of fuel and was clean on the inside and out. The Mercedes is a nice and sleek car to drive. Saad delivered the car punctual at the airport when I landed and on return helped me get to the railway station. Really good and responsive service. Recommend renting a car with him.
