I cannot recommend renting from this host due to safety concerns and deceptive booking changes.
First, the brakes on the vehicle were in terrible condition, squeaking loudly whenever turning or reversing. I notified the host early in the trip, but no solution or vehicle swap was offered.
Second, communication was non-existent during checkout. I called multiple times to finalize my early drop-off to catch a flight, but the host didn't answer and their mailbox was completely full.
Finally, look closely at your receipts if you rent here. My booking explicitly included 600 miles, but at checkout, it was suddenly changed to 400 miles. They also temporarily accepted an early checkout modification only to reverse it later so they wouldn't have to issue a refund. Unprofessional and unsafe.
