Ac did not work correctly in van seem to be running out, driver passenger seat belt don’t retract correctly , bottom bumper on front is falling down from heat and missing clip. Otherwise wonderful rig and great customer service thank you!

Christian is excellent. Flexible owner and great communicator. I only dinged a star because one of the power doors functioned inconsistently. It would close but it didn’t always open automatically. Christian took it seriously when I brought it to his attention.

The van matched the photos, and I appreciated being able to pick it up 30 minutes early—that part was smooth and helpful. During the trip, I experienced issues with the tire sensor and a low key fob battery, which I reported to the host. However, these are things that should have been checked and handled before the vehicle was rented out. It was inconvenient having to wait several minutes just to get into the van because the fob wasn’t working properly, and the manual key didn’t work either. While the vehicle itself was as expected, better attention to basic maintenance and preparation would have made the experience much smoother.
Hi Kimberly,Thanks for the review,while we have high maintenance on our vehicles,minor issues like dead key fob battery which can die at any time or tire pressure light which all happened after you picked up the van was all good during our check in process.
We’ve replaced the key fob battery and replaced the tires as we found a nail on it.
