The quality if the van is as it would be for a 2016. Is obviously used! We only had the issue about the hubcaps, being loud when driving. However, the van did took us to our destination and vack safely and comfortably, very spacious and secured. The host, was very detailed oriented, gave specific and clear introduction. 100% great host and highly recommend.
