Change of vehicle at last minute

After picking up the vehicle, I noticed air leaking from the front driver-side tire within just a few hours. Since driving without proper tire pressure is unsafe, I tried contacting the host multiple times, but their responses were extremely slow — it even took a full day to get a reply after my last message. In the end, I had to return the car early and went through a lot of trouble trying to find a replacement vehicle. I reported the issue to Turo, but instead of resolving the problem, they only encouraged me to settle it directly with the host, showing no sense of responsibility beyond being just a platform. I have much more to say, but overall, I’m deeply disappointed with both Turo and the host.
I’m very sorry for the inconvenience, Kevin. Safety is always a top priority, and I truly regret the situation you experienced. I’ll make sure this doesn’t happen again.
