Everything went smooth outside of the car drop off which was just the way it works nothing the owner did

Very easy and clear instructions. Clean car overall. Had car seats available which was super helpful. Not that it bugged us but some of the dashboard gauges were funky - like the lane assist didn’t work. Overall clean car and drove

Was extremely inconvenienced first landing in Orlando and had to make last minute adjustments ! When I say they came through !! Omg sooo helpful, and very understanding of my situation and accommodated immediately !
