Vehicle was very nice but would not rent from this provider again due to airport shuttle issues. We had to wait over 45 minutes for the parking lot shuttle from the airport to the vehicle lot. Then we had to wait almost 30 minutes to be picked up from the lot to return to the airport.

Very quick and easy rental process from start to finish. The team was extremely responsive, and everyone was so nice, from the parking lot attendant to both shuttle drivers and the person I rented directly from. Everything went smoothly, and I truly appreciated the great customer service. Whenever I come to Orlando, I will definitely be booking with you all again!

Everything was perfect! The communication, the shuttle to get to the van from the airport, and instructions to return the vehicle and get shuttled back to the airport. The van was immaculate and perfect for my family of 8. Will rent with them over and over again.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. After having my flight canceled at the last minute and having no cars available at Orlando's airport and dealing with poor customer service from the airline agents, it was a breath of fresh air to have the host be so understanding and attentive.
