Vehicle was fine but picking up vehicle was difficult due to prior booking issues. When all was sorted it was fine.

Do not rent from this person. This owner ignored me after someone took our car, ignored Turo’s recommendations for lockbox security, and gave me a car infested with roaches that was a downgrade from the one I originally rented. I originally rented at Volkswagen Tiguan, but I did not get that car because this person owns multiple silver Tiguans and someone else took our car instead of the one they rented (they were able to access our car because this guy uses the same code for all of the lockboxes on all of his cars). He was able to switch us to the other Tiguan, which he told us had a third row (we were a 7 person group), but it turns out that it in fact did not have a third row. After leaving me on read for 40 minutes, he switches us to this Honda odyssey, which we then found to be infested with cockroaches.
Aloha. Not once did we ignore you, we texted back and forth, made multiple phone calls. Got you switched into a new vehicle within 5 mins , which this was all done prior to your reservation start time as we accommodated for early pick up 🙌
Tiguan - had third row , it was folded down, we explained how to raise seat but you were not able to figure out , so we switched you into Van to get you on the road .
Van is in great condition and do not have bug problems, we bug bomb weekly preventativly!

I highly recommend renting with Brady. Our rental was perfect. Our island trip went smoothly, and will definitely rent from Brady again. Thank you so much!!

I wish I was able to message a live person on needing help with directions and return. The accelerator for the van was getting sticky. By the end of our trip, there was a notification for needing maintenance. But van took us where we needed to go. AC was working really well.
