If you are planning to visit Colorado Sky resorts usually you will use I-70 road. In the snow storm State Patrol check and ask to use snow chains on the wheels. You can't drive the vehicle in Colorado in the snow storm without snow chains

I’m new to Turo. Our first trip was amazing. Our loaner picked us up and we dropped off the vehicle directly with him. This was our second rental. We hopped in a shuttle and located the vehicle in a huge offsite parking lot. The shuttle was ok and the car was as well. It took us a little time but we found it. The car was a bit beat up on the outside but fairly clean. It ran ok and I appreciated the phone chargers.
We returned the car 2 hours early without knowing the exact return instructions. I should have asked more questions. I didn’t realize I should have took pictures and messaged the owner upon drop off. I was then charged late and extended usage fees over $95. I actually dropped off the car about 2 hours early. I had no idea I was charged this until I saw my credit card.
I did have a text message on my phone when I landed.asking where we parked the car. I immediately told him but he didn’t indicate that I was late or had did anything wrong.
Long story short, pay closer attention, take pictures and ask questions. Don’t assume!
