Host was responsive when communicating. Issue was the vehicle itself started to have drive ability issues after 2 days.

This was an excellent experience. We rented the Town and Country minivan for 5 weeks. The pick up was simple and on time. The van was clean, though not immaculate as one might get from a formal rental car company, which was what I expected. Joe was very responsive to messages through the Turo app. Everything in the van worked as expected. It’s a 2014, so don’t expect the features and fuel efficiency of a 2024 vehicle. If given the opportunity, I would definitely rent from Joe again.
