Make sure your renting a reliable car and reading all they comments what I failed to do!! Because this van has cut out on me lefted me and my kids stranded than smoking !!! I got video of the smoke coming from the van and pictures this was inappropriate! Mind you the host was good at first than when his vehicle went wrong I didn’t feel supported about it!

The car broke down on the side of the road it started smoking from under the hood the 2nd day but we had no choice we put the rest of our $$ into renting it to do what we had to do. The person should have never rented the car out it is sitting on the side of the road where it broke down. This car should not be on Turo and I guess I should read reviews better next time. I've always had a good experience with Turo. I can't wait to get my own car back.

Susan rented the car for 2 days and wouldn’t return it kept for additional 3 days. I was contacting her but was responding until I report as stolen the same day I did report she got the call from the law enforcement few minutes after the call she texted me where the car was located. She got upset because I reported her
