Thanks for clicking on my listing! This is a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L. I am located very close to the airport. 7 to 8 minutes Uber ride from Hartsfield Airport which allow for a quick pickup or delivery within the city limits! If you are arriving after 12:30 AM to Hartsfield Airport, I can drop the car off for you ahead of time, just set your pickup time to 12:30 AM! Seats up to 7 people with ample leg room! It has many features such as remote start, auto sliding doors, automatic liftgate, heated seats and steering wheel., Apple Carplay and Android Auto, blind spot monitoring, parking sensors and backup camera. Great vehicle for road trips or moving multiple people through town with loads of cargo space. Can deliver to the airport or deliver to a location as requested. Rear seats also fold back for extra cargo space if needed. Van will come with complimentary car phone holder and car charger as well. (Please return!) Can also add-on unlimited mileage for a fee.

The trip was smooth. Communication with the host was great. The car was easy to find at the airport for pickup. There were some nice extras like charging cables and a phone holder already in the car. That said, the car itself was more worn than I expected. It had over 110,000 miles on it, which was definitely more than I thought from the listing photos. It didn't really affect the rental at all which is why I still gave it 5 stars, but the listing could have been more forthcoming regarding its age. The gears on the sliding doors and trunk kind of creaked/were sluggish. There was no actual problem, but I was bracing myself for them to break everytime I used them. It caused a little extra anxiety as i didn't want to have to deal with something breaking, but was fine in the end. One of the tires was also over inflated at pickup.

I can give a bit of insight on a few points you made.
All cars on Turo are inspected annually, and cars can now be permanently removed by Turo on a case by case basis due to low maintenance records.
The sliding door gears and trunk are well... normal. The dealership I take it to never mentioned the moving mechanisms.
I do feel like your review may have been a bit anxiety fueled, but Turo hosts are mandated to keep maintenance up to standard on all vehicles!
