My issue is not with the owner of the vehicle but with Turo as as a company. The car broke down on us in mid ride. We didn’t even make it to our destination. We waited 4.5 hours for Turo to actually send a tow out when we were told we would have a tow earlier. I had to keep calling Support back to get assistance. Only writing this review because it is required.
