The host was very responsive to questions and was quite helpful during the process. One recommendation I would make is to try to schedule the pickup of the car when he is available. I found the Lucid user interface quite complicated and would have liked to have him with me to help. The car was clean and in good shape.

Great car. But location for drop off and pick up was a little difficult. There is no place to leave your personal car parked for longer than a couple hours. Have to ride share into the pick up/drop off area. Other than that, car was great. No issues. Would rent again.

I can't imagine a better experience than the one I had this past weekend. The car was terrific, and very clean inside and out. Roberto is a superb host, the model, really, of what a good Turo host should be like. When we met to begin the rental period, Roberto spent time with me to show me the car and how to use its functions, various settings and options (it's an electric car). He explained things clearly, and then made himself available throughout my 4-day rental period if I needed assistance or had a question about how to do something. Roberto demonstrated great interest in making sure my rental experience with his car was a good one. I can't recommend him and his car highly enough. I would definitely rent from him again.
